Terms & Conditions

  • Booking: To secure your event package, full payment is to be made in advance before the event.
  • Services: Transportation costs are not included and will be charged at actuals as per the distance to the venue.
  • Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate event details and obtain necessary permissions from the venue and inform us about the timing for the event decoration.
  • Cancellations: The booking payment is non-refundable.
  • Liability: Any technical issues with equipment or facilities are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Event Operation Time: The event operation will be concluded by the agreed-upon time strictly. Any additional delays may result in 5000/- per hour for backstage personnel.
  • Food and Beverages: Food for artists and vendors is provided by the host.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax): An 18% GST will be applicable to the package price.
  • Package Validity: This package is valid for the next 15 days from the date of issuance.
  • Quotation Revisions: The quotation provided by Patankar Events can be revised only once after it is issued. Any subsequent revisions to the quotation may incur additional charges up to 1000Rs. Please carefully review the quotation upon receipt and communicate any necessary modifications within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Modification of Charges: Patankar Events reserves the right to modify the charges as per the current rates and the booking date.
  • Photo and Video Services: Patankar Events will provide the photos and edited videos of the event within 20 days after the event. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the volume of content and muhurta dates. You are supposed to collect the data from the office in the stipulated time.
  • Data Retention: Patankar Events will retain the event data, including photos and videos, for a period of one month after the event. After this period, the data will be securely deleted from our storage systems. It is the client’s responsibility to make backup copies of the photos and videos within this timeframe.
  • Changes: In case of any changes to the services provided, please notify us at least one month prior to the event. After this timeframe, service availability and vendor bookings are finalized, and modifications may not be possible.
  • Overnight Setup: If an overnight setup is requested for the venue, please be aware that rates for backstage artists may vary. Additional charges may apply due to extended working hours and overnight accommodation requirements.
  • Artist Changing Rooms: Changing rooms for the artists are required on the event day. Please ensure suitable changing room facilities are provided to accommodate their needs.
  • The event operations are scheduled to conclude by the time given, and any delays beyond this time may impact various vendor-related aspects. It’s worth noting that the event is planned as a half-day event. After that additional charges come into effect for the second shift, and this timing arrangement applies to the photo-video team, sound system, and backstage artists. Consequently, it is kindly requested to adhere to the specified timings, So, this is mandatory to follow the timings carefully as vendors will impose additional charges for the delays.
